What you'll be doing:

Flowroute’s Numbering Team sets our customers up for success by enabling them to join our network without missing a beat. We move their existing phone numbers (number porting); we ensure they have a large variety of new phone number options, we work with the ‘losing’ carriers to eliminate, or minimize, customer impact, we interface with the national telecom regulatory services and a host of other interesting and complex activities. Everything from reviewing documentation, filling out forms, calling up carriers, managing huge databases - we do all of this and everything in between to make the magic happen. Specifically, our daily tasks require us to...

  • Submit port orders via dozens of various carrier GUIs
  • Maintain database integrity for inventory of thousands of numbers
  • Respond to customer questions regarding porting timelines and complications
  • Communicate with carriers via phone and email
  • Quickly resolve service affecting issues in real time under high pressure
  • Work collaboratively with a small team to process high volumes of work
  • … and most importantly, develop and execute improvements in our process to extend Flowroute’s leadership in providing the best onboarding experience in the business.

Flowroute’s office environment is energetic, collaborative, chaotic, and innovative. We expect our co-workers to inspire us, impress us, make us laugh and generally make us better. Flowroute also provides:

  • Competitive compensation

  • Vitamins during our morning standup meeting
  • Waffle Wednesdays, Mozzarella Mondays, daily office snacks & drinks, the best coffee in Seattle, and frequent lunches as diverse as our downtown Seattle neighborhood, near Pike Place Market

We can’t wait to meet you and have you join our team.
